Urban Sketch Symposium Singapore 2015

It is my first time to join the Urban sketchers group. It was very exciting to be a part of a crowd with the same hobby. During the four days, I took part in three workshops for sketching the real urban life and developing water color skills.

Sketch exercise in Shanghai

1. I sit in the air-conditioning because of the hot weather in Shanghai at the end of July. I looked through the window to the outside buildings. It is the local court with a special rooftop.  It is a good to exercise in perspective drawing.

 2. Thanks to the typhoon, it has cooled down this week, I can sit by the lake to sketch. It is the local part with water lily pond.

It was the last day of the USk symposium Singapore and my plane was delayed by one hour, however I wasn't bored because I am able to draw :)
